Kim's Famous Energy Balls
If you've been watching my Youtube videos since the beginning you know that these Energy Balls are an absolute staple in my home!
I pack them in lunches, we eat them as a dessert, we eat them as a snack, we even eat them for breakfast sometimes!! I mean they're healthy... right...
They're packed full of great ingredients that are full of wholesome nutrients like oatmeal, flaxseed meal, & chia seeds!
Again.. I am repeating myself over and over again by telling you all of the recipes that I post are 'easy to throw together' and 'delicious for the whole family'
I can't remember where I found this recipe, but what I do know is that I've modified it over the years and think I have the most perfect measurements to make this the healthiest little treat for you and your family!
It's another dump and go recipe, especially if you forgo forming the mixture into balls; often my family and I will just grab a spoon and eat it that way. mostly because I'm lazy!
